The family company Paulsen was fouded in 1909 in Otterndorf at the river Elbe between Cuxhaven and Hamburg and besides the Paulsen XXL range since 1995 produces with Marschland Naturkost also an organic range of tinned XXL-products. 
We are spezialiced in the production of delicacies with an exeptional mild sweet-sour taste.
The use of raw-cane sugar for the organic range, the appliance of cristal sugar or sweetener fo the conventional range and optional use of preservatives enable a various application catering-trade and subsequent treatment.
